Terms and Conditions
In order to keep your rights as a customer and Imagatons rights as a service safe & protected,
we require that you agree to these terms and agreements before making a purchase.
Please read these carefully before deciding to conduct any further business with us.
Working with Imagaton, as a client, I agree to the following:
- I realize that the artistic process takes time and that my design may encounter delays due to schedule conflicts, family/personal emergencies, etc. I will be contacted when these delays occur.
- I realize I have complete control over my project during the creation process and all suggestions & requests will be followed to the T.
- I understand the step-by-step-process. I will be presented with a sketch of my idea and it will be finalized when I feel satisfied. If I decide I no longer wish to continue working with Imagaton on my design at any point, I realize that the payment I have made can not be refunded.
- I understand that I can not change the idea for my design during the creation process and that I must make another purchase to start completely over.
- I understand that the design I will have created for me will never contain any trace of AI art stealing art, no matter which hosting website options are available.
- I understand that Imagaton is only able to create the design itself. I realize that the actual process of physically creating any kind of items, such as printing for merchandise, must be completed by outside parties.
- I understand my right to copyright and trademark the design I receive from Imagaton. I also understand that my contact information will NEVER be shared with anyone else other than Imagaton.
- I agree to allow Imagaton to present my design in any of their galleries, review sections, or on any of their social media sites, even if they are copyrighted or trademarked, to be shown as an example of their work.
- I recognize Imagatons standards and understand that inappropriate subjects such as pornographic and racial/cultural/age related-hatred or mockery will NOT be involved in the design. Projects that include minor suggestive themes used to proclaim a message, such as some of the designs displayed in the Gallery section, may be considered.
- I agree that my requests are of my own fruition. I understand that while I do not need to be over 18 years or older to purchase from Imagaton, I realize that I should not suggest or request any suggestive ideas if I am under the age of 18 or not accompanied by a responsible adult.
- I understand that Imagaton is not responsible in any way for a client suggesting, requesting, or receiving any suggestive material if they are under the age limit or not accompanied with a responsible adult.
- I understand that I will receive all the proper business accommodations, such as a proof of purchase, invoice, and email.
